Aircraft Spot Repair
Targeted on-aircraft paint repair, not a complete strip-and-refinish. Match the existing color, blend the stripe, fade into the surrounding panel until the repair is invisible. Done at the hangar.

Finish Pro is a family-operated finish shop with a specialty very few are certified and equipped to handle: on-aircraft paint and spot repair. Roughly a dozen shops in the country are cleared to paint on planes. Finish Pro is the only one of them that brings the work to the hangar instead of asking the aircraft to come to the shop.
Three and a half decades of color matching, stripe work, and panel-level finish. Honda Jet certified through ANAC, FAA and EASA. ASE Paint & Gelcoat Master Technician across Marine, Auto, Truck and Aircraft. We can match any color, any striping situation. When we're done the repaired area is invisible against the rest of the aircraft.
Most aircraft shops only do complete refinishing. Bring the plane in, strip it, weeks of downtime, tens of thousands out of pocket. We do targeted spot repair on the ramp or in the hangar. The plane stays where it is. The repair fades into the existing paint. The aircraft flies the next day.
Drag the slider. Most aircraft shops can't do this without repainting the entire panel, or the entire airplane. Spot repair, color-matched into the existing paint and stripes, done where the aircraft sits.
Drag the handle, or watch us do it on the next one. (336) 408-9400
Five seconds inside a real spot-repair pass. Airbrush, blend, fade into existing paint. Hangar-side. No tow. No tear-down.
Aircraft work is our specialty. Coaches, yachts and the rest of the finish list we built our reputation on are right behind it.

When a complete refinish is the right call. Turnkey panel prep, paint, stripe and clear, held to the same hangar-grade finish standard as the spot work.

Prevost-tier coaches, bus conversions, slide-out repair, decal removal and replacement, hail and storm damage. The work most auto shops aren't set up for. Done at the resort or the storage lot.

Hurricane hangar damage, hail, tarp scuffs, tow-strap rash, dock-impact. We document, photograph and work directly with adjusters on legitimate claims. Aircraft and coach owners both covered.
Request Quote →After almost forty years of finishing aircraft, motor coaches and pleasurecraft, one rule has held: if you can see the repair, the repair isn't finished. Color match, panel level, clear-coat depth, edge feathering. Every step is judged by whether the eye can find it.
That's what separates a body shop from a finish shop. A body shop fixes the damage. A finish shop makes the damage disappear. We don't sign off until the repaired area is invisible against the rest of the aircraft. In daylight, in hangar light, under buyer inspection, under a pre-buy walk-around.
Same family. Same hands. Same standard since the late eighties. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up, quotes the work and signs off when it's done. No call centers. No rotating crews. No "the painter quit last month, we'll find someone."
The difference between a body shop and a craftsman.
Reasons hangars, FBO managers and coach owners keep handing out our number year after year.
Internationally certified on-aircraft paint authorization. The cert most ramps want to see before you ever roll a trailer up to the hangar door.
Decades of aircraft and luxury-coach finish work. The kind of hours on a spray gun you can't fake with a fresh van and a borrowed compressor.
ASE Paint & Gelcoat Master. Our standard isn't "good enough from ten feet." It's invisible against the surrounding panel under hangar light and pre-buy inspection.
We work directly with carriers and adjusters on legitimate hurricane, hail, hangar and dock-impact claims. Documentation, photos, color-match estimates. Handled.
Real aircraft, real coaches, finished on-site. The kind of jobs where the customer cuts the check before they can find the repair.

Stripe damage on the fuselage from a hangar tow strap. Every shop wanted to repaint the whole side. Finish Pro spot-repaired it on the ramp, blended the color and stripe in, and the pre-buy inspector couldn't find the repair. Twenty years using these guys and they've never missed.
Hailstorm caught our coach overnight at the resort. Finish Pro came out, color-matched the whole top section, and the guys handled the insurance paperwork too. Couldn't tell where the damage was when they were done.
Dock-impact on the port side of my 42-footer. I called three shops. Finish Pro was the only one who actually came to the marina. Did the gelcoat work right in the slip and you can't see the repair.
Call to schedule an on-site walkthrough. We'll come look at the damage where the aircraft or coach sits, give you a real number, and tell you straight whether it's worth a spot repair or a full refinish.
